At OutOfOfficeOutfits.com, every product is designed and printed especially for you — whether it’s a t-shirt, mug, tote bag, hoodie, or any other travel-inspired item. We take great care to ensure that you receive high-quality, beautifully printed products every time.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur, and we’re here to make things right.


🛍️ Our Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are custom-made on demand, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or wrong product selection.
  • Customer errors during order submission (e.g., typos, color/size choice, design upload).

We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  • You received the wrong item or size from what you ordered.
  • The package was lost in transit (after confirmation with the shipping provider).

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include clear photos showing the issue (defect, print error, or damage).

📧 How to Request a Return or Replacement

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at outofofficeoutfit@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos clearly showing the issue
    • A short description of the problem
  2. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll offer either:
    • A replacement at no extra cost, or
    • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
  • For partial refunds (e.g., one item in a multi-item order), you’ll receive the corresponding amount only.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom designs created specifically for you.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team.

🚚 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll coordinate with our printing and shipping partners to send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.


🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — sometimes processing takes extra time.
  3. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, email us at outofofficeoutfit@gmail.com.
